Nothing beats Atlanta. The most populous city in all of Georgia, with over 5 million people claiming home to the Atlanta metropolitan area. With so many people, it’s no wonder we’re having to clear out more and more trees to make way for land to be built upon. Back in the mid 1800’s, the city of Atlanta was founded at the intersection of two railroad lines, and from the ashes of the American Civil War, we rose to become a bustling center for business. If they could see back then what the ATL would become in just 180 years, it definitely would have blown their colonial minds.
Call us today if you’re ready to put your trees in the hands of the most capable tree service in Atlanta.

How about a little story…
A fable of great misfortune, and a few wonderful heroes. One that will keep you glued to the edge of your seat while the leaves continue to fall all around you.
Once upon a time, there was an old man who lived in a beautiful Georgia home surrounded by foliage of all varieties.
Then one day, BOOM, a hurricane hits. with its category 4 fury it ripped through his yard stripping his mossy oaks of their wise, old beards and tearing them limb from limb. Literally. Storm damage at it’s finest.
Now, if you’ve seen the size that oaks become after hundreds of years, you know that some of those limbs can become the size of an elephant’s leg. One such limb landed directly on this old man’s beautiful home. It crashed through the veranda and went directly into the center of the living room, knocking over his sweet tea in the process. Man, that’s the worst.
Another one of those wise, old timbers was uprooted from his place of honor and laid to rest on his side. Still another was ravaged to his innermost rings, shreds of bark scattered everywhere. The remaining oaks were left with limbs broken and hanging on for all they’re worth. A sad picture, huh?
Well, as you can imagine, this old man needed some serious help cleaning us this catastrophe. He picked up the phone and called the best men for the job. We were there to save the day faster than it took him to refill his sweet tea. Jack– you recall us mentioning ol’ Jack earlier? Well, he got right to work shimmying up those trees and ridding them of all things mangled and torn. Watching him work made us recall and old nursery rhyme: Jack be nimble, Jack be quick, Jack took care of those limbs and sticks. (We changed up the words just a little bit as jumping over a candle doesn’t exactly apply.)
We worked tirelessly, trimming, pruning, felling and grinding to get this gent’s yard back in shape. Removing that limb from the house was quite tricky, but we managed to extract it without further damage to the home.
Losing all those magnificent trees was a tough pill to swallow for our poor client. They had been planted by his great grandfather many moons ago when he and his great grandmother were first wed. Obviously he was not ready to part with such treasures. Thankfully we were able to offer him a solution. Instead of hauling them off of his property and out of his life forever, we chopped up those trunks and limbs and turned them into firewood! That way they could live on in his hearth. See what I did there?
Now some of you are probably thinking “How could they chop up all that beautiful wood?!”, well hold on just a dog-gone minute and let me finish the story!
This old man’s nephew happened to be an excellent wood worker! When he heard about the terrible happenings of his uncle’s trees he drove over and assessed the damage. He found quite of few pieces that he could salvage. That fellow arranged to have some transported to a friend of his with a mill, and some of them to his own shop where he was able to create several masterpieces. He then sold said masterpieces and helped his old uncle to pay for all the repairs needed for his home. As a special surprise he made his uncle a gorgeous live edge slab dining table! Now he has a way to pass on his great grandfather’s heritage for generations to come!
It was pretty cool that we were there to help create that happy tale. If you have a sad story being told in your yard let us know and we’ll be there in a hurry to help you rewrite the ending!
